Starting his career at the 2 Michelin starred Le Manoir aux Quat’ Saisons, before travelling across the Atlantic to New York to work at Thomas Keller’s iconic Per se, a 3 Michelin starred restaurant.
Shaun Dickens at The Boathouse was Shaun’s first restaurant; it showcased the skills and passion he has developed in the charming, stylish and elegant setting of Henley-on-Thames. The restaurant offered modern British cuisine alongside the stunning vista of the River Thames.
?Bistro at the Boathouse is a natural evolution to bring customers amazing food in a more casual style which can be enjoyed as a just quick bite on the run, or as a special occasion meal and everything in between.
