We are delighted to introduce our head chef, David Wilson who has worked as a vegan chef for over 20 years, both in America and in the UK.
David ran his own successful vegan restaurant in West Yorkshire, formally known as Dandelion and Burdock for ten years before moving back to America.
David trained as a chef after the birth of his son who suffered from many food allergies and it was at this stage of his life that the whole family decided to pursue a vegan plant based diet.
We hope that you will join us and enjoy his delicious food freshly prepared on our premises at Whins Green Kitchen.
